Hello, I’m in need of an image editing script for a wordpress blog.

Here’s what the script needs to do, and how it will work.

I upload an image to a wordpress post.
The users type text into the image script, that text goes on the image.
Script should function like icanhascheezburger.

To clarify:
I’ll upload an image, that people can place text on just like icanhascheezburger.

Your script will allow the user to small amounts of text to an image that will automatically be published. The text will be one font, one color.

Go to those sites and understand them before you bid. We will be drawing ideas heavily from the functionality of those sites. What I would like to do is to have users create webpages with a background and an avatar and manipulate the content on those pages. Please note that the content created will be much more simple than either the content created on ytmnd.com or icanhascheezburger.com – as opposed to an .swf or a .gif file, the user content created will simply be a webpage with standard CSS rules.

I want to use an already created GUI and let users upload their own pictures and text. I want to get a basic site up and working in the shortest possible time and then add functionality as we go along.

10% paid on start of project, 20% on 1.0 launch, 30% on site launch and the final 40% after 45 days after fully functional site launch date (in order to remove the bugs).

The 1.0 launch should include:

WordPress Blog
TOS acceptance
Login/password
Twitter integration (I want account e-mails to go by a direct message through twitter and account activation based on following me on twitter)
Picture/text upload (they will be uploading two pictures, one that will be a background and one that will be an avatar)

The finished site should have:

Social Media Link bar (like the one here: http://tweetmeme.com/bar.php?id=63388317 )
Commenting
Voting
Ranking/search page
My Account pages (like this one: http://www.ytmnd.com/users/max/ see the page tabs under the ad? I want those)
Forums
Advanced Search Functionality
Personalized Subdomain Creation
