Can anyone give me an IBP report on a website at a good rate?

If you don’t have IBP I need all the data on a website as it stands now, Alexa rank, number of backlinks, keywords, page rank, whois, how old etc as much relevant detail as possible so I can analyse and decide how to improve SEO etc.

I am seeking an expert that can return me 90% or better using IBP optimization reports. They reccommend 95% and that is our goal too but I do understand some things are not controled by you on page. But what you can control I do expect to come back OK for 2 keywords each page or a very good explaination why we can’t achive that yet.

The project is for 3 pages. 2 keywords each page ….for each page 1 keyword is the directory and 2nd keyword is the file name and are in the meta tags already for each page.
