I need someone who is able to submit both articles (i shall provide two, including resource area) and links to article and link directories.

The niche of the site in question is hypnosis and online hypnosis training, so as well as the standard directories which encompass all niches (ezinearticles.com and such like) i need a programmer who is able to ensure that my site and articles are submitted to relevant and related sites and directories.
