I want to create the best HYIP monitoring site on the web hands down! I want a shout box, language translation, I will be using a Gold Coders monitoring script pro software. I do have some designers in mind already, however they cannot do any coding.

I am open to someone who can do the entire project, design, code etc. Or if you can only code then thats ok too. I dont want to create a cookie cutter template design, there are enough of those sites already. I like sites that pop out and get the viewers attention. I like shadowing, layering, texture etc, I want all the small details that make a site great!
