a. the footer [black transparent bar] requires to be positioned on top
b. the accordion box requires to be resized and fields added

A PPT is provided with complete design change instructions , also provided code file

This should be a 2-3 hr job for an experienced programmer with CCS, HTML skills

Project shall be awarded immediately

This is a 1-2 hr job. Designer must be adept in Javascript and CSS 3
