I am taking over a site to do a little revamp work. The site was created with php, html a few flash designs as well. Also I have noticed they have used the service of Joomla. The site has too many duplicated links going on, in other words a context link on the side, on the upper left on the upper right, drop downs, mouse over’s etc, plus it has may frames created where they’re should not be. I just want to remove some of them and make this as simple as possible. After viewing the source code and looking on the hosting site I am not able to see the actual index file for this site. As I have a feeling the creator didn’t organize the site well. This is making the revamp process challenging. Any ideas or assistance on how to battle this would be great.

I am just looking for the format of that page, not looking to copy the exact page…just an example. I would like it divided into two columns , the left for the video player, which is more room, and divided on the right for the arrow (want a different arrow) pointing down to the aweber opt in box. I would like the arrow graphic to be one of those arrows that looks like it was hand drawn on the paint application. I would also need help making the opt in box that links to my aweber look like the one on the page where I can put a custom buttom that sends Send, similar to the one in the page.
