Html editor etc addons etc for presta shop

I need a quality website designer to put together my capture page for me.

This will be really simple!

You will design it with;

my header
my video
my aweber form
my small text copy

that’s it! I also need this to have an admin html editor so I can change out the video and copy when I need to.

NO JOOMLA!!!!!!!!!!!

Lets keep this simple. I don’t want or need a complicated set up.

You will need to install the capture page you design and html editor into my cpanel for me.

I’m on a tight budget right now but wont be this year. I’m looking for a long term designer to help with SEVERAL projects. We are Internet Marketers.

We need a PHP backend application that does the following:

1. Login module for users (user sigup not required. Admin will manually create login accounts).

2. Install HTML WYSIWYG editor for users to edit basic html templates and option to save this.

3. Ability to resize and add images while modifying the html template.

3. Paypal membership module based on space used (for eg: 1gb=5USD per month, 2gb=10USD per month, 3gb=15 USD per month)

4. ebay module: This will query ebay API and retrieve a seller’s store categories and save it in XML format in the user account.
Then, a javascript will read the xml and display in a list view.

The complete requirements will be given to coders who get back to us with the right questions.

I already have a newsletter module allow me to send a newsletter to a specific customer.

Now, I want an automatic newsletter about new products.

I want have possibility to edit by myself an HTML page of this newsletter and to change it when I want.

There are 2 possibility about this newsletter :

a.) Newsletter is sent to customer who have bought something on my website
b.) Newsletter is sent to somebody who want to receive it (this person must give his email address).

a.) This newsletter is automatically sent to customer how have bought something on my website.

At a frequency of 2 per month by default but I want to have possibility to define this period in os commerce admin via an area to fill (enter a number of days).

You have to create a menu in oscommerce for this.

A customer who receive this newsletter can decide to stop to receive it or to change frequency by clicking on a link on newsletter.

Then a page is displayed to ask to customer what he want : stop newsletter or change frequency.

Theses frequency would be defined in my oscommerce admin too (by area to fill).

For example : 3 choice of frequency : 1 per month, 2 per month, 1 per week.

b.) A person who don’t have bought a product on my website can subscribe to my newsletter too.

Hence, we have to add a menu / window at left position (left menu of my website) translated in each of 6 my existing langage

(I will give you translation in all langages) to subscribe to newsletter.

This window must looks fine and matching with rest of website. I will help you for what we have to found here.

Then customer choose frequency (as example above) of newsletter and can stop to receive anything by clicking on a link when he receive it. As other example above.
