Need a reliable and experienced Craigslist Poster or Company to post aprox 10 adds in 10 different cities everyday for at least one year. same adds need to be placed on all cities in us and Canada . adds are for HOUSING
I will only pay for live ads, not ghosted. I’m only going to choose someone who has experience doing this.
Must have own proxy and pvas for completion of job
Requirements/Description:
1. You are able to post a minimum of 100 posts daily in major US cities on Craigslist. I will provide the ad bodies, title and info to be posted and which cities each day
2. You have all the systems in place for successful posting (US IP-switch, PVA’s, multiple CL accounts, etc).
3. You may post at any time in a 24 hour period
4. You have to provide an Excel report with ad links daily after posting (all ads will be checked , every single add will be checked and checked ) , when an add is flaged you must immediatly repost
5. Must take other appropriate steps to prevent ghosting
6. You must be aware of CL rules, regulations and terms of use.
7. I will only be paying per live ad that stays live or is replaced if flaged (Flagged will be paid if is immediatly reposted, ghosted will not). If flagged, you must repost – daily.
8. Each posting will have to include a counter
9. Ads are to be posted in the Housing for Sale by Broker category
10. Include in your bid the price per 100 ads posted. Also include a seperate bid for a 200 ads posted daily in case i want to expand .Those who do not include the correct bid amount and only include their long resume will be omitted and not considered for the job.
This will be an on-going job for the right individual. I need a poster for this project for the next year . I want somebody smart that can adjust to CL rules change , avoid ghosting and basically put my adds everywhere possible. Cities might differ depending on housing company.
