Introduction
This is a real estate web based database application. The sample homepage screen is www.rent.param.mobi . This is a site allowing mobile devices to make a search for available houses in the selected location. The output of a search criteria is listings including photos.
Objective
Design and make a homepage with input objects. An input field for price, bedrooms, location, city and submit of course etc. It should produce well formated outputs of available houses or listings matching the search criteria and quickly.
Nature of Design Operation
The system could have 3(Three) admin pages. The logging details would differ because of functionality and ownership of the overall software.
There will be:
1) A supersuser account (Proprietary and hidden)–This will be me–
Role: This account has the priviledge to create administrator accounts, block, delete, deactivate, edit, change passwords.
2) Administrator account(s)–This will be the real estate company that buys the database application software—
Role: This account will have the ability to create users(real estate agents) accounts. This is the account to be created by the superuser account. The administrator account will manage it’s own users (agents).
3) User Account(s)–the employees who will perform data entry of property available for rent–
Role:Agents will upload the raw data into the web based database application being:-
a) Cost of house on offer for rental
b) Location of house (city)
c) Area of house
c) Number of bedrooms
d) Photograph
e) Date of Listing
f) Date of Availability
g) Taken or Available
Reporting
From the Administrator accounts, the system should be able to provide an easy to query window like http://www.ratin.net/priceinfo.asp
1) Number of listings (Houses)
2) Number of Taken Listings (Houses)
3) Number of Available listings (Houses)
4) Number of houses in an area
5) Number of houses falling in a specific price category
Requirements of possible successful bidder
1) You will have experience by demonstration of a live mobile site that you have undertaken such work or have the capacity to do this.
2) You have programming experience in php, mysql and can define css to enable compatibility with majority of mobile phones
3) You are quick to develop this application and provide me with a link to test the application before I make payment.
4) You must consent to after hand-over technical support for at least 30days from the date of payment from us. This is because the received product might differ slightly and modifications necessary.
5) Will have possibility of a long term relationship for maintenance services via a SLA contract.
