Need logo for residential renovations company. However,I intend to use the design on advertising and promotional materials such as business cards, flyers, company T-shirts – so, it must be customizable. The name of the company is: “Oasis Home Renovation (and Handyman) Services. One of the most important things that I want is for the design to incorporate the theme of an oasis – to convey a feeling of calm in a hectic society. So basically I would like the design to have a small simple house, with a simple tree to one side of the house possibly providing some shade for the house. The crown of the tree should be close to an olive to medium dark green colour. (This is one of the company colours as well as a yellow colour which will complement the green). Now, in the background, I would like to have a simple “cityscape,” or something as simple as a tall skycraper or building. I’m thinking of a similar type of game but maybe simpler for the moment with similar functionality.
One of the major difference would be that when a user creates their avatar and build their virtual world, they can choose whether or not other users playing online can join their world.
If a user joins someone else’s world the owner can choose to block a specific user or stop all users all together from coming to their house/town that they’ve built.
User’s can have the ability to type text and send to a specific user or broadcast their message to everyone in the area.
User’s can send gestures to each other such as a hug, kiss, hug etc.
Users can build a house for themselves and customize it, the walls etc.
The user’s should be able to follow any user in the virtual world and the only place a user cannot follow is into a house. For example if i have a house and i’m in the city and you’re in the city then
you can follow me around in the city but if i go into my house you cannot follow unless i give you permission.
The users should have activities that they can play against each other such as fishing, racing, gambling. When they win the gain points which i will name as a currency.
Other tasks such as washing car but within a time limit if done successfully then they gain points.
The users should age and be able to work after a certain age.
Once user’s earn enough points should be able to buy businesses such as a store, restaurant etc and provide jobs to other users.
Users can also gain businesses by inheriting from family or received as a gift from someone.
An avatar should be able to move into another avatar’s house as a partner and they can get married and have children. The children can then inherit any property the parents had after the parent dies.
The application should use the facebook java api so that user’s can sign in with their facebook account.
The facebook sign in should be used to get the user’s name and their friends and allow users to invite friends. The application must also have its own registration system and use the mysql users table on my website which i will provide the structure and sample data to you. When a facebook user signs in with their facebook account it must create an account in the website’s database for that user and must check if an account already exists for this user on the website. So basically users can sign in with facebook account or an account from the website.
The users can add any user already in the world as a friend and any facebook friend invited who accepts should automatically become friends with the user who invited them.
A database is most likely needed so it will be mysql to store anything. Any existing free/open source programs can be used and customized.

The project will have two versions. One applet and one desktop version. The desktop version can be installable through a jnlp file and must create a desktop link to run the application and a start menu link.
The main reason for choosing java is its write once run anywhere capabilities so that program must run on Mac Linux and windows distros and anything else java can run on.
Bare in mind that in future this application will be built on and improve to add new features so it must be extensible to add new modules, worlds, objects etc
This is the basic idea for the game other standard stuff for virtual worlds such as walking, running, driving a car etc should be included, i am open to any suggestions you might have. The final thing would be for the ability to switch to full screen and back and when in full screen have an icon/button for the user to exit fulllscreen, similar to how most flash players such as the one on youtube does it. With the jmonkey engine this is a simple task to add fullscreen.

The payment model will be for you to seperate things up into stages and charge for each stage and then i can pay you in stages as the project progresses. I am looking for someone that can build (and possibly upgrade and maintain in the future) a web based script that a Realtor or house seller can complete once, and have the data populate multiple public “house for sale” websites.

There are hundreds of free sites online that allow a home seller to post their house information on. They can put the details like how many bedrooms/baths, square footage, selling price, pictures and contact information. Potential buyers visit these sites to get information and shop for houses for sale.

I would like you to create a piece of software that can automatically populate and complete the forms on many of these sites after only completing the process once on a web form.

Most of the sites DO require that the user login before posting, although some (few) do not. If possible, having a script that can create those logins would be preferred, but it is NOT required. However, it IS required that the software DOES login to each site automatically before posting the house information.

Some of the sites are stand-alone sites. (see below) Others are “Google Groups”, “Yahoo Groups”, Craig’s List, Backpage.com, Kijiji.com, message boards, and others.

If we use individual user accounts for each post, rather than one overall account, we could post them on twitter.com, facebook.com, and other social media sites.

I want to charge people to use the software, hosted on MY servers.

I have a newly created website that when uploading to the host server, did not fully intergrate and show the graphics and the flash photos. This is to convert a bunch of 10 XML files into a unique CSV file, cleaned up and ready for import.
The XML is an extract from a web site of News that embed some Videos and photos. The links to Photos or Videos can be removed, all we are interested in is Text. (For Google SEO).
Each XML entry is an Article. Below is an example.
We must retain in the CSV the following which come from the XML:
Each New has a Top node called “Column”, with a Child called “Article”.
The Column represents the categorie in which the newsis stored. The “Aritcle” is the News itself.
Each node has a Unique ID, so the Child Node has a Parent ID corresponding to the Columns ID.
So Columns Node
- Columns ID (that’s the main id for the News)
- Column Title (that’s the categorie of the New – Soirees, boissons, videos etc…
Then “Article” Node. first there are some descriptors.

I gave you several ideas. With some effort a huge list of such sentences can be formed. Few conditions –

1.) Try to go for a variety in meaning, length of sentences. Try to make as much as possible in al 3 categories.

2.) I don’t want synonym replacement to create a large number of sentences -

I like [keyword].
I prefer [keyword].

When I got home I was looking for [keyword].
When I came house I was looking for [keyword].

Above are synonymically related with no variety so would not be accepted. A sentence must be unique in it’s structure.

3.) A sentence should have some meaning and grammatically correct for at least one keyword you think of. Usually such sentences can be created by visiting any site full of content and breaking it’s sentences and noting down their structure. Looking for around 500 sentences in each category.
