I’m thinking about launching a file hosting site. I have a dedicated server up and running and I am fairly knowledgeable with the server-side of things, but design and programming-wise, I need help.

If you have a script that fits my requirements, please let me know. I also need a custom designed template to go with the script, but it really WILL NOT be complicated.

- Restrict file types uploaded.

We want to provide a VPN service on our server so when each user login with his username and password we provide to them, they can surf the internet with our server’s IP address. For more info to see what we need please check the following site www.mainvpn.com – The administrator must be able to choose if the user has to use the general server IP address or they can have a private IP for themselves.

This service is for countries that have filtered internet and they want to bypass the filter so they can surf the net freely.
The service has to support the following protocols: pptp, l2tp It must also have accounting ibsng. So users and administrators can login to the control panel.

I don’t mind if it is a pre-paid script, it does not have to be custom, but I do need it to:

- Restrict file size obviously.
- Preferably be able to seperate host videos/pictures on one side, and files on another
- To be able to manage files, delete, move files easily.
- Administration panel with multiple logins to allow more than one admin
- Easy to integrate ads
- Easy to put a design up.
- Premium users option, not required, but could be a nice bonus.
- E-Commerce (if video/picture integration is there of course, to allow uploaders to get money based on how many hits they get), I’m thinking about it, but if it’s in the script, why not.
- Custom design, I am fairly competent with web designing, so I can do it, but if you can offer it is a group project, I am willing to pay for it.
- If you do have like more advanced pre-paid scripts you could offer, I am more than willing to check them out. Let me know!
