Hospital Directory/Reviews/Price Comparison Plugin using WordPress.
I want to create a WordPress directory site where users can find hospitals in different countries, information about these hospitals and also have the ability to review them. There should also be the ability to have the hospitals to list prices for their different treatments and thus give the users ability to sort the hospitals based on the cheapest provider or highest rated provider.
Key features
- Add a hospital section where the hospital can add themselves, however this has to be moderated by the admin before shown
- Hospital profile section where users can find information such as name, country, contact details, pictures, videos, reviews and also a price list for their treatments if the hospital has added these.
- Users can review each hospital and rate them 1 to 5. (users IP has to be recorded and each user can only review each hospital once)
- Claim this profile feature where hospitals that have been added by the admin can be claimed by the hospital.
- Doctor profile section where the doctors CV and accomplishments can be added (linked from hospital profile)
- Admin should be able to enable or disable the ability to charge these hospitals for listings based on a subscription model using paypal, with different subscription packages. While initially this will be free there is a plan to charge for the listings and thus this feature needs to be there. Different subscription packages should allow admin to specify bronze/silver/gold packages and what they include (such as pictures/doctor CVs/price list/ability to respond to reviews)
- Ability to search for hospitals based on either the procedure they offer or by country they are located in. Then also be able to sort these listings based on hospital name/country/reviews/price.
- Admin should be able to specify the various treatments that the hospitals can tick that they provide
- Ability by admin to set the custom fields which the hospital can fill out. So while the basic fields will be Hospital name, Country, City, Address and Contact details there needs to be the ability to add more custom fields as the admin wishes.
I have the theme geoplaces by templatic which is similar to what I need, however it doesn’t really do exactly what I want it to do. So if you want an idea please check out that theme.
I have attached mockups of the front page, hospital list, hospital profile and doctor profile. I want this design so you will have to code the theme to look like that. Naturally everything has to be SEO friendly and pass coding validity checks.
I need a custom review script made for a website. The concept is a Yelp style website for Hospital reviews.
The website will list hospitals in different countries and allow users to search based on country and the procedure they perform and also to review them. As such, the main features should be:
- Ability to Add Hospital both by a business and from admin, and moderated by admin before being added. Also the ability for a hospital to claim its profile if it’s been added by the admin

- Admin should be able to edit subscription packages in the admin panel, each package allowing the hospital to perform certain actions such as: Edit their own profile, Add photos/videos, Add custom fields, Have prices shown, Respond to reviews

They are in the hospital business, so it should be professional.
Below are the customer provided requirements:
“I think it should feature the letters HTI and some symbol or picture depicting “transformation.” The organization is about bringing innovation to all aspects of hospitals (costs, quality, service leadership etc). In so doing it will guide the transformation of hospitals. I was thinking a symbol could be a phoenix or something else from greek mythology.”
We required at least 3 different drafts to present to the customer, to give them options.
Then, after the customer selects the one they like best, we will allow some revisions until they are happy with the final result.
Time line is 2-3 days to complete, starting immediately after winning this bid.

I have a wordpress website built waiting to be populated with data. It has two parts:
Part A: I will provide a list of approx. 15 hospitals. I need the winning bidder to visit each link and populate the Hospital pages (custom fields have been setup for an “About the Hospital” section as well as simple things like name, address, phone, etc. Winning bidder will also be responsible for obtaining a photo of the hospital and entering it into the template in the correct place. These photos can easily be found on the hospitals website.
Part B: Each hospital has a list of physicians under different specialties. My website has approx. 45 specialties (cardiology, dermatology, oncology, etc.). In this part, the winning bidder will take the information on each doctor and create a post under the correct specialty, entering the pertinent info into the Doctor Post template. This will include name, clinic name, address, phone number, and picture (note: not all physicians pages will have photos.) A small bio will be entered as well. Winning bidder is responsible for entering data for EVERY doctor on EACH hospital website.
Review: There are approx. 15 hospitals (the easier part) and probably 800 to 2000 doctors…this number is an approximation.
Please reply with any questions. I will post a PDF with the hospital links so you can get an idea how easy it will be gather the necessary data.
Timeline: After winning bid, you can start gathering data immediately. My site will be ready for data entry next week so you can maintain data on your own computer until then.
