Hi to make this simple. I need someone that could build a program with an database like an local state DMV. The database would have to be available to law officals, doctors, and other private clubs by swipe of magnetic ID card. So I’m guessing I would need a huge sever and some web and database progarmming. As you can see I’m green at this and could use some help!

Our last data programmer waited 2 weeks before we fired him. My main downfall, too much patience/benefit of the doubt in that regard. Hence- I’d like to mandate a 5-8 day “ETA” for the completion of this project.

Every item added from IDCOW to my site, individual item to item, must incur a 10%, 12%, or 15% markup. This is at absolute random, regardless of the item. However please do such, as evenly as possible- albeit you may loss track, just try your best.

$200+ for this type of job seems incredible imo, I hope someone else feels the same & can add the quality of such work behind it.
