I need a designer who can make a very entertaining and clear home page design for me in HTML. This is an upgrade from our current page. I do have a very clear idea of what I want just need to describe to the designer and allow their creativity to flow. I am looking for a designer who doesn’t simply use clip art, you must have some portfolio of home page designs that you can show. I will pay immediate upon complete and have additional work if this works well. The format needs to come to me in an HTLM page allowing for excisting signin php programming to be placed. Thank You
