I have an advertiser-publisher website where publishers can sell and advertisers can buy ads. The ads are targeted country, category,
language, country groups, domain wise etc. I have this site ready, but need scripts for the following ad formats so that publishers can
sell and advertisers can buy based on the above targeting options.

Publisher adds this code to his site. When a visitor comes to his site, this script finds his IP, Language of Browser and sends back to a php script(its already done).

The Php script checks the database and returns a banner image and URL of that banner to be displayed on the publishers website. This will be some advertisers banner. JavaScript displays this banner and URL in the publishers website.

I want the above script for the following ad formats.

1. 468×60 banner, 728×90 banner, 400 x 265 banner, Flash Banner etc.

2. clicked pop under – a pop under which opens when a user clicks anywhere on the publishers website, it loads only one time per IP

address.(unique)

3. Peel Away Ads – example – http://www.adtoll.com/peel_away_ads.php

4. IM Ads – Ads which pop up from left side tool bar area like MSN IM Ads.

5. Small text ads under youtube or tube videos or live channels – This can be a pre-roll ad, in running text ad or ad when program ends

(post). It can also be an ad running during a live program and closing after a few seconds.

If he is, the script allows him access and now he is a normal user in the system. Whenever he does something that is inserted into the sites own database AND to my database. It logs the username from MY database with all the other data.

So to sum up: Users can sign up to my database, and use the same username/password on all sites where they have installed the mod to check the userinfo from my database.

It doesnt matter if the webmasters site is built from ASP, .NET, PHP, MSsQl, MysQL etc etc. It has to work for every site!

This mod should be installable for all websiteowners even if they use osCommerce, Magento or customwritten systems.

We will want the program to be successfully loaded to our dedicated Windows server with a small windows trial period to insure the functionality of it. All monies will be available up front in a mutually agreed upon escrow service or law office awaiting the success completion an uploading of the software. Some additional suggestions are encouraged and welcome.

The script works similar to the internet banking software however it is customized for our specific use.

We want the source codes for both the user and admin side of the site. The user side must have the factuality of changing colours, adding pictures, adding pages, and we must be able to add gadgets like currency calculators, Google translator, aviators, YouTube vidieo’s, online chat operators, etc, for which we will supply the java source codes . We will supply the colours for the site to the programmer of choice. The programmer will not have to type in all of our text for the site. Once the site is operational then we will type it all in.

We are looking for a software that will allow us to show to our private group of members, over the internet, there *account balances, *interest payouts, *capital gains earnings, *balance available for withdrawal, *balance invested. We want the latest encryption technology to make it impossible for anybody (not even you or your hosting provider) to unencrypted sensitive information stored on the database, such as user’s passwords, and e-currency passwords and other settings.

Administrator can view the entire details for the payment transaction like transaction ID, Transaction amount and transaction date. He can view invoice details of his payment transaction.

Mass pay to our members who are included in a particular investment should be easy. When the administrator selects the members and flicks the pay button, the process is done automatically and the members selected will show a percentage increase as per the Money Managers request.
