Move Joomla 1.5 Site Asap

I need someone with a good high speed internet connection to move a joomla website from my old server to the new. I need you to move all files and the database. You may use a joomla backup component if you like I just need this moved asap. Please only bid if you have a good high speed internet connection. I need this done asap.
