Looking for an expert to create a very high quality logo based off of an example.
Logo should be sharp on dark and dark grey backgrounds and appreciated (visible) on white background and on printed documents.
We will need several variations of the logo; high gloss,lighted version and a flat version for watermarking and backgrounds, logo with and without text as well as a full .png with layers for import to flash. The primary gloss, lighted and detailed version needs to match the current sites design and color pallet. (Example provided)

Only bidders with a sample or examples of work will be considered as our team has to review and make a choice. You can watermark your samples to protect your work.

I need a high quality logo designed by a professional graphic designer. I prefer to work with an individual and not a company. I am willing to pay top money for this but the Logo MUST be professional. I am not interested in bids from everyone who happens to have Illustrator, just real designers. Once I have selected a designer, I will place all of the money in Escrow and release it when the project is finished.

The logo will incorporate my company name and a corresponding symbol/icon. It should be original and supplied to me in Illustrator CS3 format as well as jpg, gif and png. I will retain all rights to the work upon full payment. To show that you have read this far, please include the word joomla in your bid.
Samples of your previous logo work will increase your chances of being awarded this project but please dont include samples of previous websites as they aren’t relevant.
