Hello,

We have purchased a simple php-mysql helpdesk script but the developer who did this job is no longer available and is not supporting the script. The script uses plain php-mysql, no frameworks, etc.

We like this script and we want to continue using it, but there are some bugs that needs to be fixed and some additions that we want to make.

We will sent you the script as well as a working demo to see how it works. Also, we have prepared a list of the tasks that needs to be done.

Fix Cerberus Helpdesk V3.2 Login

I can no longer log in to Cerberus Helpdesk v3.2 on one of my websites. The username and password is correct but when these are submitted, it just returns back to the log in page. No error is reported. I know the username and password are correct. This project is to fix this issue for me.

Cerberus Helpdesk Bug Fix

I am running Cerberus Helpdesk 2.5.1 and recently get the following error when trying to display a ticket:

Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /home/xxx/public_html/support/cerberus-api/database/cer_Database.class.php on line 184

This project is to repair the script/database.

Based in some PHP application free (no problem) like helpdeskreloaded etc…
the goal is controlled all activities of support area and times, is oriented to make easy the user’s requirements, no password, no many data irrelevant when the users ask for supporting.
I attached a pdf file with the client view and more notes.

The Administration page must have all data possible.

I want to replace a help desk ticketing solution our company currently uses with something a little more integrated. The current help desk ticketing solution is located at http://clubmarketing.helpdeskconnect.com/?cmd=addticket&sid=

This is a standalone system (no active directory support, no sql back end, no reporting tools).

Got any ideas?
