Webmaster needs your help completing site on time, must be dependable, skilled in webprogramming, gifted in design. Skills: php, dreamweaver, flash, mysql etc. I will supply content and direction, you program into css and the best, clean code available including java windows and forms, etc. Design part nearly done, Consider the following:

3. Home needs working menu, java pop-up descriptions, roll-over, etc. links

4. Need about 9 secondary pages, about, contact etc. that will share same head banner and menu. (content provided)

Note: I can help with everything content wise, but this needs done asap – and you need to be able to suggest ideas and cover areas where my skill is lacking, ie, programming, etc. Need to build some forms, but for now they can be simple form to email.

Once this stage one project works out, I would like person to continue working on “stage two: the “Membership” section or the site including mysql database interface with client upload, record sharing, ssl, etc. Please give quotes stage 1, and maybe both too if possible.

Payment via escrow only upon meeting the following:

If the acquired links don’t meet the criteria below or disappear, you must replace them within a 12 month period.

- No directories or article directory links of any kind
- Unique domains only
- Links from different C-Class IP’s
- English site only
- Permanent links only, and must be replaced if dropped within 12 monhts
- 80% of site must be related links minimum
- Varying anchor text up to 5 will be provided
- Check for fake PR or the link doesn’t count
- TLD must be .com/.net/.biz/.org/.us/co.uk sites
- Text links only with the specified anchor, and no links with the URL in the anchor text
- No more than 30 links on the link page
- Existing links checked before starting this project
- No frame pages of any type
- The link page must be cached by Google
- No Javascript or other redirects
- No rel=nofollow links
- The link page must be one click away from the home page
