Clean Hacked Wp Files

Last week we realized our WordPress site was hacked after we found 2 hidden administrators and I believe that the hacker has inserted files to funnel our traffic somehow.
We need someone to identify which files have been compromised and clean out the hack codes.
The hidden admins have been removed but and our wp version updated, but there are still issues from this that need to be resolved.
