I am looking for professional coders to develop an eCommerce web site that is like eBay but I want to get rid of the Auction part and integrate with something totally new instead.

My site is gonna be 80% like eBay with all the features except the Auction part and 20% of features come from my own ideas that are totally new.

As a result, if you guys have the latest version of eBay clone on hand, so it would save you guys 80% of time and work already and I also have an eBay clone on hand as well.

I do NOT like the layout of eBay, so I need a better layout, logo, features and structures etc.

I want somebody who has experienced in eCommerce web sites only since I will put a lot of new and different features and structures to my site.

I need to have an iPhone App of my site too, so buyer could use their iPhone to browse and buy my items and seller could use their iPhone to list their item.

I need a custom parser that can parse the Shoebuy data feed located at http://extranet.shoebuy.com/affiliates/feed.txt against my database ( i am using datafeedstudio.com script) and create the categories if they do not exist and assign the products to their matching categories if they have not already been assigned.

The script will allow me to provide the url to the file
to be read, it will read the data and make the
conversion/data additions.

The interface will provide Drop-downs that list my DB fields, and another set of drop downs that list all the fields in the CSV file.

I will map the DB fields with the CSV file fields once (and then the mapping will be stored in the DB to be used in the future.
I can then select from saved mappings or create a new mapping
in future uses of the script).

For the field that I label as CATEGORY and SUB CATEGORY I will need to be able to denote whether the field may have one or more categories in it or not and the delimeter seperating the additional categories/subcategories.

For example: In the Shoebuy CSV feed the DEPARTMENT field could have
Men, Teen Guys (The categories to be created would be Dr. Martens for Men, and Dr. Martens for Teen Guys.), the CATEGORY field has Leather Sandals (The sub-category under Dr. Martens for Men would be Dr. Martens Leather Sandals for Men and Dr. Martens for Teen Guys would be Dr. Martens Leather Sandals for Teen Guys.)

Additionally The category and subcategory should

In the registration page I want a section for the user to type in their address also for shipping purposes. In the control panel their should be specific information for the auctions that have ended. these are the following. ( the name of the item, picture, cost of item for the user to pay, item code number, time and date ended, users email address, and the users first and last name. ) When the bidster is used in a fixed price auction I want the users to still be able to have set their bidster to bid to a max amount , because the price will still go up, but all they will have to pay is the fixed price. In the control panel their should be a spot for me to add text in any auction to add specials on certain items. In the fixed price auctions the users checkout price should always be what the fixed price is set to; no matter what the actual bidding price went up to. I want to set up a reminder page for the users that have not yet paid for their items. With the name of the item, the balance due, a picture of the item, and the item code number ; even if they log out and log back in. But they should still be able to bid on other items. All of this should be displayed after the animated lady congratulates the user. I want to be able to type in a date and time of when each auction will end from the control panel and to be shown live in each auction. This way an auction will not linger for long periods of time.
