What You Should Know:

3+ years experience in LAMP,PHP,XML,RSS,JavaScript,DHTML,CSS,xHTML, PSD to xHTML/Wordpress/OSC themes. Experience with Ajax, cURL. Open source programs you should have vast experience in: WordPress, OSCommerce/CRE.

What We’re Looking For:

A long term, individual employee, not a company. Ukrainian or Russian language is a plus.

We specialize in making custom RSS feeds, WordPress plugins, PSD to xHTML-CSS/WP/OSC themes.

Working Hours:

We’re considering part time (20 hours a week) or full time (40 hours a week). Please p/m us with your quote for monthly price for both. If working full time for us you’d work for us exclusively, no other jobs. I’m online from 7AM EST until 6PM EST so you can work your hours any time during that time frame that best suits you. Our last programmer was with us for 5 years. Contact is via Skype IM, AIM or ICQ. Payment is monthly via bank-wire.

I am a web designer/entrepreneur from Australia and am after someone to work alongside me to help create various niche community based websites in WordPress.

The biggest work that I need completed will be with various plugins and widgets that I need modified. I will choose a plugin or describe to you what sort of function I want it to perform and then need to you create, modify or implement the plugin into the admin and layout.

You will also need to be familiar with modifying the WordPress admin so that my staff and users can easily modify different sections and upload various media.

You will need to know some CSS to implement various layout and theme features. I will provide all layouts and themes in a Photoshop PSD file with notes inside and supporting documentation…advanced knowledge in not essential as I am very familiar with CSS.

I would prefer someone who is understanding, fast, hard working, speaks or types fluent english and can work through a task from start to end.

This will be a great job for someone who loves working with WordPress and creating fun interesting social media websites.
