Payment stages: 35% after all designing all layouts, 35% after programming 20% on maintenance finished and, 10% will be paid till completion.
Penalty: Subj to the contractual T&C, a full project fee penalty will be incurred if the project cannot be finished in both quality and quantity 1) per stages deadline, 2) at the completion date and 3) with errors incurred a lost to our company.
