Before you read my description, I want you to know that i will not deposit full amount of money into escrow
Why will I not do this you ask? I had a bad experience of depositing full amount of cash and then the programmer claims he cannot complete the project 2 weeks after I selected him as the programmer. Now I have to cancel project and my money is stuck in escrow! I had around $1000 stuck in escrow and it took 4 months for sl to release the money back to me.
