We have multiple websites that need to be created. 4 are ecommerce websites, 1 is a service oriented site (no products to sell).

I am starting a media/web development company based in Houston,TX. Currently I’m in the process of opening an office in the New DOSH are in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Our WordPress site is nearly completed, but there are a few details that we need help with before we can go live with it. These details are as follows:

1. Complete the product sales page of the site so that there are two separate sections to our store, and so that both sections are easily adjustable from the admin side.

2. Complete a custom “Enter to Win” (newsletter sign up) widget; must do all of the following:

– Send email confirmation once someone’s registered.
– Send a custom welcome letter once they’ve been confirmed (I’d like to be able to direct people to a page where they can download a free ebook and such, as a “thank you” for registering in this welcome letter).
– Save all the emails in the database so I don’t have to worry about keeping track of them on my own.

3. Incorporate Akismet spam blocker into our vBulletin forums.

4. Integrate links/banners into the headline of the vBulletin forums (to our shop).

5. Since site was moved to a new host, we can no longer upload images through the admin area. This needs to be fixed.

6. Optimize the site for search engines.

All of the above need to be done immediately, as we’d like to launch on Monday.

We are looking for someone to manage our Joomla 1.5 site (currently only about 20 pages) in exchange for promotion to our website and to our network.

We are embarking on a journey to set some world records in a light sport airplane. We have already lined up several major sponsors and are adding more sponsors at a rapid pace. We have a custom plane, a software company who is making a special edition of their flight software to cooincide with our project, aircraft clubs, luxury car clubs, sound system manufacturers (Bose) and more already involved. Even still, we are in th early stages.

It’s clear to us that we need some help managing our website — from adding sponsor logos to posting videos, and adding new components to deal with sponsor requests, setting up our store to sell t-shirts and souveniors. It’s just become too much to plan the trips, deal with sponsors and work with all the P.R. and marketing.

We’re looking to trade exposure on our site for your company, in exchange for you managing our site. Currently we are trickling traffic in, but we are doing our official unveiling of the plane to the media on June 27, 2009. We’re also speaking at AirVenture in Oshkosh in July, and so the media frenzy begins. The flight official Flight for the Human Spirit takes off on April 4, 2010. And, by that time, we expect the site to be seeing several million hits per day as adults and children follow the live webcam from the plane, watch featured videos of the days adventure, and more. So, we need someone who can scale up with us as this takes off.
