i am building a social network website using social engine script. www.bettingscores.com.

The project is about soccer statistics and bets.

I want from xml feeds that are specific format to create a database that stores all this information and after i have the information stored in my database i want to create automated text lines for the upcoming fixtures of the matches. There are about 25 criteria that generate same quantity text lines.

A sample criteria is this

This rule should find the last match played for the home or visitor team and according to the following results

Win with 1 goal difference
Win with 2 goals difference
Win with 3-4 goals difference
Win with 5 goals and more difference
Draw 0-0 & 1-1
Draw 2-2
Draw 3-3 and more
Loss with 1 goal difference
Loss with 2 goals difference
Loss with 3-4 goals difference
Loss with 5 goals and more difference

I am going to have 15 different versions of sentences for every possible outcome and the engine should find 1 random each time to bring as the text line. Also the text lines will have variables that i am going to use in order to complete these sentences, like

Home Team Name, Visitor Team Name, Points in the league etc. These variables are going to be about 40 – 50.

This is an amateur project for leasure and hobby so i am talking about low budget. On the other hand i want to be specific with the milestones.

It is an Icehockey website where you can save goals and at the game day the computer calculates the results.
At the moment we are about to start the Play Offs. But the pairing is not correct.

It should be Place 1 vs. Place 8, Place 2 vs. Place 7 etc.

So you can see the 1-8, 2-7, 3-6, 4-5 does not match.

This is the first thing that needs to be fixed.

The numbers behind the teams are the goals they have available. This number is a given from the backend where I save the total goals for the season and this is what is left. These goals should be seperated in home and away goals as they are in the backend.

This is the second thing that needs to be fixed.

After this is fixed I will post the next project and hope to have the same programmer helping me fix this.

I need the following additions to my website www.blau-weiss-erc.org

1. At the moment I can create a season which is stored in the database.
During each season there are X amount of players in my team. Each player can also play multiple seasons or come back after a couple of years etc.
Right now I enter the season for the player manually and it is not linked to the season which I use for standings, schedule etc.
I need this linked so that in the frontend I can look up the team by season.

2. In the frontend I need a new section where the visitor can select the team per season and sees the players stats which are already entered in the backend.

3. In the stats, I enter games, goals, assists, points (=goals+assists) and Penalty minutes. I need this displayed nicely in the frontend as a table, where it shows the player with the most goals per season and also overall if selected. The same for games, asissts, points etc.

I have a site (www.hockey-pbem.de) where a User can register and select a team. After selecting a team, he needs to save goals once a week.
He does that by logging in, choosing his team and saving the goals.
Then, when the game day is over, the cron file runs and does all the calculations.

If a team has no manager, the cronfile should do this for the teams with no manager. It should do this by checking how many home and away goals the team still has available. Then the cronfile should check how many games are still left and spread the goals evenly.

For example.
At the beginning of a season each team has 60 goals and 13 home games. The manager can save between 0-10 goals per game. I do not want the computer to save 10 goals for the first six games and be done. It should level out.

So I need you to check the attached file and see if you can find the info there. If you do, you need to let me know where it is calculated and you need to check if the calculation is made according to my information above.

There is more work to follow and if you need additional files to figure this out I will be able to send them to you upon request.

With the attached two files my users save goals for a game on my site.
They also receive an Email with the confirmation when they saved the goals successfully. This works all fine except when they want to save zero goals per game. The script does not allow that for some reason.

I need it fixed so that it saves all goals including zero up to the max number of goals which is taken from the database.

When you click on www.hockey-pbem.de/teamrank1.php you see the rankings.
No games have been played yet as you can see from the zero at “Spiele”.

The purpose of the game is that the user logs in and saves an amount of goals for his team. He can save 0 to 10 goals per game.

On the site you can see, that the goals are already in the standings because some managers have saved them. These goals should not be visible yet. They should be visible when the game is played (which is in this case 10/10). So for some reason the cronjob saves the goals and shows them to the public which lets the oponent know how many goals he has to save to win.

I need this fixed, so that the goals do not show until the actual game day is over.

I need someone who can do this right now while I am online.
There is more later on with the same site so I am looking for someone I can work with for a long time and who communicates well.

Next steps

1. At the part

I have an online game where users need to save goals. They have until a certain date and time to do that.
Then a cronjob runs to calculate the results.
When a user does not save the goals he gets penalty goals.
When a user does not save goals on three game days (no matter if they are directly after another or game day 1, 3 and 7), he gets fired.
The team is free again and a new user can choose this team or the same user can choose it again.

But when a user is fired the count gets not set to zero because the cronjob checks for the penalty goals which will stay no matter if the user is fired or not.

So I need a new column in my database where the actual number of missed saved goals is saved.
When this number hits three the user gets fired and the count gets set to zero. This way the penalty goals will stay and the new user can start with a clean sheet.

I have no idea where in the code all this is so you need to figure this out.

Im using Google Analytics to track traffic to a site. I want to set up google analytics so when someone sends a message through the contact form it is recorded as a “goal”, a conversion to customer.

The typical way for this to be done is put the tracking code on the page the user is sent too after they send the message, the problem is they are not sent anywhere! An AJAX (i think…) controlled message just appears saying “your message has been sent!” without the page reloading.
