2 very similar logos for Midway Restaurant are needed. One for general business use such as on our soon to be revised menu and web page and one customized for our new Gift Cards. Gift Card specs for Logo Card Overprinting are attached. It should be done in black. Image file should be submitted in all formats if possible at a resolution much higher than the minimum listed. Text of Midway Restaurant 601 W. Cumberland St. Lewisburg, Ohio (937) 962-2218 and Gift Card must be included in the logo for the gift card. Plans are to use the Multi WHT or Multi 290 plain card style printed with your logo. The logo for the gift card will use the same basic design as the business logo. Revisions, as required, will be needed to get a sharp catchy business logo and gift card logo.

I need a php app that will allow a visitor to my site to enter in a “gift card code” that will send the user to a page if the code is valid and to another if the code is not valid.
I would like to have the code entry page and an admin section.

admin section:
- provide the ability to generate as many random codes as needed, and allow me to export them as a .csv file for use on gift cards.
- provide the ability to setup the DB for those codes.
- provide the ability to have several gift cards, which means that a set of codes will only apply per type of card (card=product)
- each product will be able to configure a different success page and failure page.
