Simple Gif Animation

February 19th, 2010 Comments off

About 6 animated GIFs in total. 4 involving text only (e.g. sliding in/out, fading in/out) and 2 involving some basic image work, sequence described below:

1) text is shown, then kapow! biff! wham! appears in zig zag cartoon effect, static images, then fade out, text fades in etc.

2) text is shown, then a red banned sign appears over text, then fade out, new text fades in.

To get a rough idea of images, see attached picture. They are quite simple.

Gif Animation Edits+css Style

Two parts to this project — part 1 is animated GIF edits, part 2 is adding in a quote style to an existing sidebar

PART 1:
Client wants the GIF animations edited on the four pages listed below. The images (uploaded to scriptlance) are all already cropped and sized, but they all do need the pink borders added.

NOTE: You can change these to Flash files if you want to. In either case (as Flash or SWF), you will need to install the revisions on the pages. Also, the words and timing stays the same on all animations.

On the page at http://www.austinhomestaging.com/relo.html, the animation in the sidebar should have the following photos (wording remains same):
First set: STAYS SAME
Second set (where images are crossed through): STAYS SAME
Third set: put in these two new photos
relo-2a.gif
relo-2b.gif

On the page at http://www.austinhomestaging.com/managers.html, the animation in the sidebar should have the following photos (wording remains same):
First set: STAYS SAME
Second set(where images are crossed through): STAYS SAME
Third set: put in these two new photos
manager2-a.gif
manager2-b.gif

On the page at http://www.austinhomestaging.com/realtors.html, the animation in the sidebar should have the following photos (wording remains same):
First set :
realtordining-1.gif (top)
realtorliving-1.gif (bottom)
Second set: the images above should be crossed over with the diagonal line, then
Third set:
realtordining-2.gif (top)
realtorliving-2.gif (bottom)

On the page at http://www.austinhomestaging.com/owners.html, the animation in the sidebar should have the following photos (wording remains same):
First set:
homeownbed-1.gif (top)
homeownliving-1.gif (bottom)
Second set: the images above should be crossed over with the diagonal line, then
Third set:
homeownbed-2.gif (top)
homeownliving-2.gif (bottom)

Part 2:
In the attachment quoteshot-3.gif, I show a screenshot of a page that has a pull quote in the left sidebar. That quote style doesn’t currently exist on the page at http://www.austinhomestaging.com/relo.html — the image is a mockup. So I would like a style created so that when we want to add this sidebar text, all we have to do is type the text and then select this new style. Then quote marks with the lines will show up. Important: if we type longer text than is shown in the attachment, the bottom quote mark and rule needs to move further down the page. Spacing between text and the rule should be as shown. Your solution needs to be tested in the major browsers and should look good in all of them.
