Link Building Get Links To My Website

I need someone good at getting backlinks to a website to work with me and get paid weekly. I am good with SEO, but I no longer have the time to add links to my websites due to my new job. I want someone who is good with backlinks and raising a sites PR to get me relevant backlinks to my website. I am in need of two different people to do this. I will be hiring for this position to work Monday through Saturday getting links and off on Sunday, post your performance to me using excel sheets etc. as proof and I will pay you every Sunday. I will also pay a bonus to you for every PR increase of my website done by your hands. All links must be at least PR2 and relevant to my site.
