I have a piece of software that generates invoices from excel input (by uploading xls and xlsx files) AND from successful purchases on an E-commerce website. In the latter case the invoices are being generated automatically and being packed in zip files for each day.
The templates for the invoice are uploaded manually and they are pre-designed.

1) You need to extract it from the given server and adjust it so it becomes easily installable on any other server.

2) “Easily installable” also means to create an easy flow so it could be integrated into any E-commerce purchasing process with minimum effort.

3) You need to upgrade it, so I could be able to change the invoice templates default content with greater flexibility.

4) You need to prepare and design 5 different templates, including designing companies logos for them.

We need to develop an travel itinerary generator. I suggest you download and print the attachment, it will be easier to follow.

REQUIREMENTS SUMMARY

- Travel company enters customer info and customer code. Code will be created manually.
- Travel company then creates an itinerary:
– Package type (from a checklist of predefined packages)
– Hotel info (date check-in, dates stayed)
– Car rental info (location, company, dates)
– Cruise info (room type, dates)

Each item (hotel, cruise, etc) will have a checkmark so it will displayed in the itinerary. Some vacation packages will only feature some of the items so need to designate which will be added to the itinerary.

Once created, the customer will login to their account using the client code and password.
They will be able to see their itinerary(s), click and view all the info. The will also be able to click a Print icon to open print-friendly format.

There will be parts of the itinerary with some info that will remain the same, such as the hotel name (it’s always Ramada) and the client welcome text. All that will be provided.

LANGUAGE
Even though my attachment is in English the field labels and copy will be in Portuguese. I’ll provide that as well.

DESIGN
In terms of design, we’ll be using header/footer from an info site I’m wrapping up. I’ll provide the code and graphics.

TURNAROUND
Client needs this by this upcoming week. I will make my decision on bidders by Monday, escrow on Tuesday so let’s try to have this completed by Friday (or earlier?)

PLATFORM
I would prefer you use WordPress or Joomla for ease of use, but if you would rather use some other code in PHP that’s fine, as long as we meet our deadline.

The plugin would just generate a random number that I can display in the postbit. This number is not unique in anyway, but is permanent to every post made, so refreshing the page would not change this number. Think of a 4chan like system except it’s random numbers.

I run an event linen rental business. I rent linens and accessories for wedding etc. I do get quote request. I will like to have a form based quote where customers can choose the items they want on my website and it will calculate the total, send me an e-mail and I will in turn get back to the customer with the information. Customer upon submission will get a feedback that we will get back to them soon. I can also use this form in-house during consultation when generating quotes for clients, it will be easier than my excel form with calculating fields I had set up currently. I don’t have a high budget as I just started business. It will not be a complex project cos my product offerings are mainly differentiated by items and sizes, even though I offer 27 colors in some items, color does not change price, only item and sizes changes price, I had this like this to make it easy for me, my item list is not up to 30 possible fields. My brother who is a java programmer in New York said I need a form based one, that has a database that pulls from the database so I can update items and prices without problem, he can build it for me but he tells me he’s too busy at work and it may take months before he can get to it! I don’t want to wait cos I feel it will make my work easier if I get it done now. My site is a godaddy.com site. I have a full inventory list so i am organized to provide my data.
