I have a working simple-Gallery2(http://gallery.menalto.com) and a working Magento ecomerce site. I need someone skilled with PHP to embed Gallery2 into Magento so both are fully functional.

There is a lot of documentation on embedding Gallery2 for other pen source applications but not for Magento. I found someone with a ‘mostly’ working build here(this is not my site): http://www.neighborhoodbeekeeping.com/gallery

English Documentation is required, and daily email updates.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. My working Gallery2 must be embedded into Magento.
2. Gallery2 Must be fully functional, both FrontEnd and Backend(Admin)
3. Magento core files can not be modified.
4. Must have clean concise code that is well documented
5. The changes must be documented so that this procedure can be replicated by others.
6. Add “Press Clippings” to Nav bar

That is the page I am calling into the CMS, nothing is setup on it at all in pressPage.phtml, it is just a placeholder for you, it does not work. Anyway there is a ton of integration information on the Gallery2 site for open source platforms just no Docs on Magento… and there was one successful integration I could find, article listed below.

Personal photo gallery site: Gallery 2 www.Gallery2.org

Im looking for someone who can carry out some simple work on my Gallery2 theme.

The site should be set up initially on your server for demonstration purposes them moved to my server and installed on 2 domains upon completion of the project.

I need the following work carried out,

1. Install the latest 2.3 version of Gallery 2 on your server.

2. Install a user created theme i already have, changing the settings in the instruction file to match the example site.

3. Copying the graphic examples of the homepage and gallery pages i send you (Examples attatched), customise the site to match these examples making sure that all new changes are stored in a local folder to prevent problems with future upgrading.

Note:

The header on the homepage and gallery pages has a main image, which i want to fade from one pre selected photo to another automatically, i need to be able to change the fade speed and transition effect and of course replace images, all this from the site admin panel. (see example). Also the graphic stripe behind the header image is on another gallery site, i dont have this grpahic, but can show you the site or you can make something similar.

4. When work is completed and demonstrated on your test server, you will then install Gallery 2 and the new customised theme on 2 domains on MY server.

I need the Lightbox plugin installed into my Gallery2.3 (codex.gallery2.org/Gallery2:Download) running at www.GreaterCharleston.com. You can read about the plugin at the Gallery2 tutorial page at http://codex.gallery2.org/Gallery2:Modules:Lightbox.

You must be able to enable lightbox to load the medium image (760px) OR scale to fit browser window.

You must be able to code the previous/next controls below the lightbox image caption, and also give a link to run have lightbox auto load images as if it was a slideshow.
