Only functionality is needed. Programming language used will be your choice based on speed, efficiency, and ease of modification (by me).

- simple guestbook on pages [similar to a comments section at the bottom]

[once page is setup, it should be editable from both user's account page and Site Administrator page]

- Photos [photo upload - multiple upload function - 1 main photo & 10-20 photo gallery limit]
- Videos [video embed code input - 2 video limit]
- Guestbook [guestbook entries should be editable from users's account page - edit/delete]

Site Administrator page
- Add/remove accounts [ability to manually create or delete accounts]
- ability to change photo upload limit
- ability to set file size and file dimension limitations [only allow uploading of JPEGs and GIFs]
- ability to change video limit
- ability to turn on or off payments
- ability to edit users’ guestbook entries
*Basically the ability to fully edit any users’ page content
- ability to add/modify Funeral Home accounts, re-billing, etc.
- ability to restrict access to select accounts and funeral home accounts

Funeral Home accounts
- similar to Site Admin account
- 1 central account that can add/remove sub-accounts[pages under that account]
- pages will be same as normal pages, but will have the funeral homes’ name on the pages

Search form(s):
- Database needs to be searchable by name, date of death, date of birth, funeral home, and/or cemetery.

Want some of the functionality similar to these sites. Not complete copies, but I would like to borrow some ideas from them along with what I listed in the project description.

I need a database from another site & I dont have the database file or anything as it isn’t my site. But I am wanting to install the database seen on this website on my flowers website. Basically I have a website that sells flowers, I am wanting to install this database on my site so people can get the phone number and address of the funeral home of their choice without them having to leave my site as that is the case now.

The database I want is from this site seen here:

If you look on that site you will see a search box called

“Find A Local Funeral Home In”

I am wanting all the database and information from that database installed on my flower website, I want them to stay on my website the entire time without leaving my site.

When you search for the funeral home of your choice it shows you all of the funeral homes in the local area as seen here:

When they click the funeral home of their choice, I would like a page just like this:

This shows a flower shop here, but instead I want the funeral home name they selected to show up with a map like that to the funeral home. Instead of the links seen on that page that says “visit website” or “send email” I would just like a link from that page to my homepage so they can go order flowers from my site…I dont want them to leave my site, basically this will allow them just to get the funeral homes address and phone number if they need it.
