I need a simple mod that will allow customers to pay funds down on a product to secure it for a set time. The site admin can set the amount of funds needed to reserve and extend the reservation per product or globally. After all is paid the customer can then purchase the item. The admin can set the rules on how long an item can be reserved and decided if to cancel the purchase. The admin can decide how much funds the customer can get back (if any) if the purchase is cancelled. The customer is alerted when the reserve date is near and asked to add more funds or make the full purchase. Both side get alerts to the product status.

I am building a simple freelance site that is a very stripped down version of Scriptlance. Before bidding, please note that the site is adult related. There are no images or anything that would really be considered offensive on the site, however.

1) I am having one problem with PayPal deposits. The deposits to & from the PayPal accounts work fine. However, after the user’s funds are added to my PayPal account, the site is not crediting the user’s account. I can credit these by hand through admin, but this should be an automated process. I believe the script is supposed to do this, but I am guessing there is an error somewhere.

2) I would like the transaction log in admin to display the newest transaction first. I would also like the date to be displayed. Currently, the list is sorted by ID# with new transactions added at the end.

3) When a user goes to the ‘deposit funds’ page, a new transaction is created in the log as soon as they are transferred to PayPal…before they even submit the funds. A transaction should only be created after it has been processed and accepted by PayPal.

Programming Issue:
WHENEVER any file or comment or description or literally anything on the site has a ‘ symbol, nothing will save. If someone is trying to upload a video that has a ‘ symbol in the file name, it will NOT upload. The same goes for someone who is trying to save the title of a video, song, or picture or even if they write a description for the media if it has a ‘ symbol in it, it will NOT WORK. For a quick example, if I am trying to save a title for a video called

“It’s Amazing!” < This will not work, I will have to save it as “Its Amazing!” without the ‘ symbol.

Even if the file name of the video, song, or picture in it…it will still NOT WORK.

Embed Codes:
For some reason, the embed codes do not fully show up when copied while using the Safari browser on Apple Computers. If i copy the same code in Mozilla FireFox, the full code shows up. Hopefully you can fix this as well.

Music Downloading:
The site has the option to allow users to select to let other members download their uploaded songs and videos. However, only the videos feature of this is working. When I click on download videos, it works, but when I try to download songs it only takes me to another page with a QuickTime player instead of downloading to my computer as the videos do.

Google Ads:
The last programmer did not correctly add my google ads to the site and had google ads from another ad sense account and not mine. I cannot find the files to replace the codes and now there are ads missing at the bottom site. I someone to add my ad sense codes to the ads at the bottom.

I am going to have an osCommerce site built through dropshippingwholesalers.com, however, they will only build be a basic site and referred me here for the custom work.

The way my website will work is the customer will open a customer account and be issued an 8 digit I.D. number. They will have the opportunity to earn 100% rebates on all their purchases on my site by helping me advertise and bringing in their own referrals. The customer will advertise my website name and how it works along with their I.D. number. this number will also act as a 10% discount for each new refferal account. When the referral enters the number, it will link the account to the advertisers account and the advertising customer will recieve 5% of each referrals total each time they shop but only until they have recieved a full rebate. The rebate will also be perpetual, so they can earn it all back each time they respend it. Hi, i am looking for someone to create a API interface or link for my website. I only want to accept NETSPEND all access prepaid visa cards. So i am hoping that you are familiar with NETSPEND and how they work. I talked to them today and they do not have a api interface available. Here is what i need:

Simply put, i need someone to create a link that people are directed to on netspend and enter their username/information and have funds sent to our USERNAME(netspend card). This is considered a card to card transfer. Once transaction is approved, i would need that customer to be redirected to my website with funds in their account.

I dont think this should be that hard, if programmer has or is familiar with prepaid visa cards and card transfers. Our website has chosen this service to get away from the high transaction rates for accepting credit cards. I welcome any questions for i would need to see a working model before payment would be sent to person. I have been told that any ALL ACCESS PREPAID VISA card will work for card to card transfers, however my site’s card will be NETSPEND. So please make sure that netspend will be the card being sent the funds. Thanks ahead for taking the time and interest in this project.
