Hello all,
I need a highly motivated and knowledgeable programmer who can not only give me advice on an arrangement of things to include design and prices but to make my crazy vision a reality.
For the moment, I am looking for someone to create a mock site that is fully functional for presentation to investors for additional funding. (Accurate quotes are also needed for the business plan)
Currently all funding is coming from me. I need someone that can give me the desired result for less, just for now.

This can and will turn into a regular thing for the people involved.

This will be a crowdfunding website that mirrors www.kickstarter.com. Users will sign in and be allowed to upload videos, pictures. They will fill out questionnaire and this will load to a MySQL database. This will also need to allow credit card and Paypal transactions. The owners of the website will need a page where they can see what is in the database and once they approve the submission, they can post the submission back on the website for all to see. Owners will provide all webpage copy, logos, and art work. Owners want to own the source code when construction is complete.

I put the Other Funding option on the order form on the following page http://www.paidtoclickvisitors.com/advertise.php, but I ran into a couple of problems:

1) When I enter an amount into the Other Funding field and click the Submit button, everything is okay except the hits remaining need to be rounded off to the nearest whole number.

2) When I check any radio button above the Other Funding field and click the submit button, the amount of funding and the hits remaining are not correct. It shows what is in the Other Funding field. At the moment, I have defined the amount entered in the Other Funding field as ($amount2) and I think this is why I’m having problems.

3) The following error message comes up each time the page is loaded. It should only come up if an advertiser enters an amount ($amount2) that is less than the ($adamount) variable:
