I require a programmer to add functions to an existing script which is based on the Butterfly marketing script.

The existing script is a text ad exchange program which enables members to place google style text ads and widgets on their own website and other members websites as an ad exchange. We would like to add a function of allowing banner style ads in addition to the existing functions. The new functions must be integrated in to the existing script seamlessly and produce stats as per our existing script.

I need a membership tracking program with specific placement and confirmation functions. Each enrollee must be confirmed by the site admin and the three sequential inviters above them before they become members. Each member will need access to all three inviters information (i.e. – ID #, name, phone #, email, and mailing address). The program must track individual member lines with search functions via a members “back office” area.
