Get a Freelance Job

I would like someone to create two SWF / Flash buttons that I can embed into a HTML / JAVA page. One of the buttons will be embedded in HTML, the other button will be overlayed on top of JAVA. I have attached the images that I want to use as my button.

I want a fullscreen flash background loader.
The levels/layers on top must not scale.

- XML based
- JPG, FLV and SWF loading
- The picture/movie must always cover entire viewport, no exceptions.
- The picture/movie must scale (relative) when the screen is resized.
- The position of the picure/movie must be adjustable if bigger than fullscreen(top left, top center, top right, center left, center center, etc) in XML.
- Image/movie must be preloaded when called upon in Flash (not before, use a percentage loading bar).
- Image/movie must fade into place (on top of previous image).
- No slowdown / memory leak after/during intensive usage.
- Written en commented in English (AS 2.0 / AS 3.0).
- Must be integrated in existing flash file (complete site: working except background).
- IPR and ownership will be transferred to us.

Need slideshowpro fullscreen bug fixed in Slideshowpro.
View this website-( http://www.obscuraphotos.com/xmlFlash ) and click on ‘Slideshowpro’in the menu to open Slideshowpro example.
Fullscreen option needs to be fixed when in gallery mode and also has to fit within the template so that the templates menu and footer does not sit on top of slideshowpro component when viewed in fullscreen.

Other addition-
want to load pages to replace the existing swf and html file that are already loaded.
At this stage files can only be loaded from menu selection.

Need detailed description/notes of modifications for both issues so modifications can be replicated by myself.

Would like Slideshowpro(slideshowpro.net) integration with FULL XML WEBSITE V3 (http://flashden.net/item/full-xml-website-v3/9023).

with fullscreen option for slideshowpro separate from website fullscreen.
Slideshowpro component would needs to be liquid and float in centre of website and when in full screen mode open so the component doesn’t cover menu side bar and footer.

similiar example here- www.glennhunt.com/portfolio (click on gallery section to view slideshowpro component) fullscreen slideshowpro option does not exist in this example, only website goes fullscreen.
