I need you to slice and code a joomla template from a design. It’s a really simple design, top horizontal menu, left sidebar and 3 user modules on the bottom. No gradients, no complex backgrounds…
Really simple job, will ideally pay $10-$15 for this job, and if you’re good, more templates will come (more complex, bigger payment)
