WHAT I WANT:
Users that are registered in aMember Pro’s Free Account should only be able to download 150 MB per day. Once they reach that limit, they should be prompted to either upgrade to a paid aMember Pro membership, or wait “XX-hours/minutes” to download another 150 MB etc.

When the user plays a ticket they will receive an automated email showing their number selections and will confirm the date of the draw (this will also be in their personal account area).
