I need to edit a video to upload to YouTube so it shows a specific thumbnail instead of the one choosen by YouTube.

YouTube lets you choose 3 thumbnails from an uploaded video. The thumbnails are chosen from frames positioned at about 1/4 of the length of the video in seconds, 1/2 of the length of the video, and 3/4 of the length of the video. The key frame is inserted on those positions, for a split second, and then, when the video is uploaded to YouTube, the key frame should be shown a one of the thumbnail options.

The process is pretty simple for the person with the right software and experience editing videos.

I have a video which I want to edit to make 10 copies, uploaded to 10 different YouTube accounts, but each one with different thumbnails, that should be inserted towards the end of the video.

I’ll provide the thumbnails and the youtube accounts once I select the final programmer for this job.

You should prove that you can do the project by inserting the attached picture to any video uploaded youtube. In that way, I can see that you were successful uploading and choosing your own thumbnail.

The final deliverable is the uploaded videos in youtube with the chosen thumbnails, plus the edited file with the spilt in the right frame so I can add other thumbnails in the future.

I need a simple desktop application that will be run off a usb drive that creates animated gifs. Since it will be ran from a usb drive, please include the approximate size of the entire application(500MB, 1GB, etc.)

The end user will enter the size of the graphic, (like 250 x 300 pixels for example), then the outline would appear in that shape/size.

Then they would click inside of the box and type the text they’d like to see for the first frame and drag it to the location within the box they want it to be. Then, they would click on the font style and color they want as well as how long they want that frame to appear before the next frame is displayed.

Alternatively, they should be able to import an image to the box and drag it to where they’d like it displayed.

They would repeat this process until they’re happy with the number of frames and content. Then they would click a button to ‘generate’ the animated gif. (The file should be saved to their desktop by default).

I will provide complete graphics for the layout of the design. I will need full rights to the software when completed.

So basically, it’s the menu system, the slideshow system and a client proofing area.

There must be a login page with a password each client will be given (no username).
There must be a back-end admin page to add new clients and delete old ones.
When you add a client it will create a folder for them and when they login, display all images in that folder.

We need a quizgame for our Facebook page, and would like it as a Facebook app. I’ve attached four simple sketches explaining how the game should look like. I’m going to explain each of them in words below:

1. This is the startup frame, which will be shown when you open the app. It will display our logo and the text “Kunnskapspill” which can be translated into “knowledge game”. Below the logo there will be a start button which will get you directly to the first question and start a timer. We would like some animation in this first frame, for instance the logo shining, or something else that draws your attention to the game. Nothing to fancy though, we don’t need fireworks.

2. The next frame is the actual quiz, and will randomly show 20-40 questions from a list. We need to be able to update the question list ourselves, so I reckon this will be a sort of SQL, or whatever will be easiest to maintain. This list will contain a few thousand questions.
Each question should have five suggestions to what the answer may be. A click on one of them will take you to the next question. The question should appear at once you hit start, and then the suggestions to the answer should appear 1-2 seconds later. It would also be nice with a low volume ticking sound in the background, to add some pressure and make the player answer quicker.

3. If your results are amongst the top 20, you should be taken to the congratulations frame, which tells the player that he or she did good. “Gratulerer, du er blant de 20 beste!”. Then there should be a small form to type in name and e-mail, and select a university from a list. The a register button which will take you to the highscore. An applause, cheering sound in the background would be fit here.

If you’re below the top 20, you should be taken to another frame, which tells the player that he or she needs to to slightly better. The text in the attachment should do fine. Below the text there should be a play again button. No sounds in the background.

4. This is the highscore frame. At the very top the winner of last month should be displayed, next to a small image of a trophy perhaps.
Below that the highscore will be shown, with the top 10 players and their score. And below the highscore, you’re results, displaying how many right answers you got, the time you spent, and which place you ended up with. If you’re amonst the top 10 you’re name should be highlighted as shown in the image attached. At the bottom a play again button, which will take you to the first frame.

Also:
- The game should auto reset the first day of each month, and add the winner to the list as discribed above, as winner of last month.

- The results is sorted by most correct answers, and best time.

- We also have to be able to maintain the list of universities. So we need two lists all together, one for uni and one for questions/answers.

- The game needs a good looking design.

- Use facebook.com/studentpakken and studentpakken.no for inspiration.

I need the source code for this application, this is what it will need to do:

Take a video feed that is a camera feed pointing straight at a scoreboard.

Turn each frame into an image.

Make a way for it to crop and serialize itself so that it can compare known characters with live characters.

Serialize the output of the screen so that we have a digital readout of the 1/10th of a second clock and current score posted.

Then it needs to be capable of using Telnet to output that feed

NOTE: This will all need to be done at least 10 FPS… Goal is 30FPS on a semi fast computer.

I have a catalog for each brand of eyelasses in my website.

It’s a relational mysql database, and each of the eyeglasses have a

frame_name

… for each frame_name, there is a different SKU number, different Colors, and a different UPC number.

Some frame_name items have 2 different sizes.

Currently, in the SKU portion of the catalog, it shows all the SKUs from the previous glasses as well as its own.

I need the SKUs to come up only for the frame_name that it is attached to.

And some eyeglasses have 2 sizes. Currently, it shows the UPCs from one size only.

For example… an eyeglass can have 1 size and 3 UPCs… and another pair of eyeglasses can have 2 sizes and 6 UPCs…

For the ones with 2 sizes, I can’t seem to get the additional UPCs to show for both the sizes.

What should I do to fix these issues with the SKUs and the UPCs?
