We have started a website in which we would like it to be a major portal to our community. This wesbite is a “Forum” based site based in Vanilla, and is visioned to be a place where the community will find attractive and utilize by discussions, opening topics, and posting ideas, and topics of discussion.

Currently the site is no where near being able to be presentable.

We would like someone to take the site and bring it to life by enhancing the design/layout, including do a better creation of sideboxes, and layout.

This demands light work and creativity, and only the lowest bids will be considered.

I am looking for a website design for a forum. I want to start off with a few pages (see below) right now. I only need the design, it does not have to be coded for a particular forum software. I am just looking for the design layout. Needs to be done using css and div.

I would like to have a web 2.0 style. I really like fatwallet.com’s forum design and am looking for something similar. All the same “features” need to be there like the reply, quote, email topic buttons.

The site will feature experienced programmers offering lessons to newcomers, competitions, affiliate schemes, and job opportunities. The winner is expected to implement a point and ranking system, apart from the necessities for the realization of all of the above. A system that will search and update a part of the website on ongoing projects acroos the internet is also a required.
