The text fields will be:
email1 (the form has to verify that the email entered is a valid email)
email2 (let’s them type the email again, to verify that they entered the correct email)
Message (limit of say 250 Characters)

The numeric field will be for a dollar amount, but it is optional for the user.

I have code for a simple roughly 8 filed inquiry form that I would like placed into the sidebar widget on my WP install.

For now, I am using the iframe version, however it looks a bit off as the size is pushing it out from the sidebar.

We have website which is build in Flash where the contact form needs to be fixed. The website is beckerbuilding dot com dot au – click on the contact page.
