2 fields aren’t processing correctly and the css is wrong in internet explorer, it shows correctly on firefox. This will be used on a wordpress site. Must be done today, I will hire within an hour of posting and expect work to begin right away.

We need to develop an online form with about 30 fields. This form must:
1. use capcha
2. store data in a MySQL database
3. send a confirmation email to the user
4. send the information from the form to an email address
5. some of the fields will require validation.
6. some of the data will be captured with radio buttons, drop downs or check boxes.

“Create a secure upload AJAX-type form allowing people to upload ONLY mp3 files of a certain size to a server”

The tech part is the following:

- AJAX form for simple public use
- secured from attackers
- allows only a set type of format i.e. mp3
- able to limit size of upload
- fill in a couple of text/description fields, then select a genre of music (e.g. House, Trance, Harddance, Drum N Bass) which then uploads the file to that folder on the server
- Upload progress bar
- Possible small file manager page which enables admin to view the files in each folder and delete if necessary

If this sounds like something you have done in the past, and you’re confident you can build a SECURE form system such as the above, please place your bid.

Turnaround time would need to be rather quick (within a week) so please let me know what you have done and what you can do. The server it would reside on is Linux with PHP5/MySQL and is managed with DirectAdmin.

Installation on the server would be the final requirement to show that it works.

The result of this would allow Wimpy player to read the folders and create a playlist based on the folder contents. One Wimpy player per folder would be used.

We have a fully designed website that we need completed. The design is static, but could use to be updated to use php includes or SSI’s for the footers. Our content would need to be added in and formatted to fit the existing design (nothing more complex than some copy and paste)

The design also includes a portfolio page. We need the static portfolio page to use php to pull image lists from a flatfile (CSV) and then display the appropriate images from that category. Then the image name and product number from the CSV needs to be passed through to a purchase form that collects user info.

The last form we need is a distributor application form that will email us when an application is received and save the info into a Mysql database.

Finally, we would like to setup a system so that distributors can be assigned a username and that username goes to a subdomain (username.domain.com) that is identical to the regular site but includes their distributor name in all of the order forms and their contact info on the web pages along with ours.

This last feature could be accomplished with an htaccess redirect that posts the distributors username to the forms and the website.

To summarize this tasks incudes:
Copy and Paste of Text
Creation of two forms and processing (order form and distributor)
subdomain system for distributor tracking

The design is finalized and this project does not require any graphic design work. The design is already formatted in standards compliant XHTML and does not require any slicing or PSD to XHTML conversion. All thats needed is very basic web master work.

We would like a simple admin interface made that allows our distributors to log in and edit their contact information and see how many visitors have com through their subdomain in a standard time period (day/week/month/year) No further tracking is needed other than total visitors through the subdomain. We would also like the admin function to allow the site admin to see a list of all active subdomains and the traffic coming to each and a total of the site traffic coming through distributor subdomains. I need a online test to be created.

Step one – student will create profile where they make a username and password.

step two – they will pay for the test via paypal that will bring them to the login page once they have paid for the test.

step three – they will login to the test

step four – the test will start and will keep them on the page for a specified time (lets say 5 minutes) so they can not continue until the 5 minutes has passed. Once 5 minutes has passed they continue button will highlight allowing them to click continue to the next section. This process will duplicate itself for multiple pages.

Step five – they will come to a test that they must complete in order to continue. Once they complete the test and click continue the next page will show them the results of there test.

step 6 – they will be emailed the results and/or certificate for completing their test.

I need to have you build a test creator that manages test additions and also test question management.

Information must beable to be stored in database which admin can log in and see how many people regitered, took test and test scores and results.

Student must beable to have reset password sent to them via email in case they forgot their password.

Project must be delivered in agreed timeframe if not completed in specified time frame in project all escrow fees and project fees will be refunded.
