I need a basic cms to manage a photo gallery xml file I also need the cms and gallery added to a multi user environment the gallery thumbs must be auto created and I must be able to control how many images a user can post to the gallery as well as being able to set image upload size. cms must provide for image upload, delete and edit and image description creation and editing. I already have had this done to a different gallery and I have the files that you can copy take notes from.

I need a small admin that will allow a user to work with a wysiwyg editor to load xml entries.

I need this done today.

2 phases:
1. adjustments inside the flash (minor ones, requires some AS knowledge) code is written in AS2. changes are visual and will be well instructed.
2. to create an admin console allowing to upload an image and text line – the image is automatically resized to thumbnail and regular view, and inserted into the correct place within the XML.

Our site connects to a third-party data provider via an XML soap interface. We require some simple additions and modifications to our PHP file that gets data from our MYSQL database.

This is a simple PHP project and can be done in a few hours to 1 day.
