We have a .rtf for Word file (although this file is saved as .doc). One of our costumers has a Mac with official MS Word for Mac but can not open the file.
The project is to explain to us how this file can be opend in Word for Mac.

The project is finished when as a result of your advice the customere can open this file on his Mac..
