The template is full flash. Will stay with 9 pages, 1st page is only logo, 8 pages of content. Willing to change from full flash to flash intro with HMTL pages on all pages as I need a CMS management system or XML system. Here are the specs:

Must have CMS or XML management system that is easy to use and rated high. Time is important to me; thus, I do not have time for major code revisions. Prefer a what you see is what you get type system. I will want to approve the system before installation.

Colors of template will change. I have the colors for you. There are three primary accent colors, a purple, a yellowish-gold, and a lime green. It is very cool looking. Have logo already. Background I am open too, neutrals please as we do not want to overload the client’s eyes.

There will be some layout changes on the 8 pages to accommodate our content. One such page must be where I can insert photos of properties and descriptions. Another page will be a description of the services we provide, a third page will be a quote generation page, a forth page will be phone directory contact information, a fifth page will be used for flat fee listing services, sixth page will be e-commerce purchase page (hopefully), bio page for our primary personnel on the 7th page, and a log for the final page.

There is a quote generator that I intend to purchase that I will want added. It is simple in table format database that will generate our property management quotes for our condominium associations. I am looking for a programmer to develop a sophisticated website for my company. My company is called iCustom and we create protective skins for an assortment of electronics are also looking for the development of a logo for our company. The website will incorporate the following capabilities:

The Homepage:
If you visit www.brandstudio.ru, you will be able to see how we would like for some of the features on our site to be. Then click on WEB, and then on Lexus RX 2008. We would like the homepage to have six (6) links, inside of six (6) individual hexagon shaped boxes and 1 hexagon box will be empty. The boxes will follow a users mouse whenever the user moves their arrow. The links will follow the arrow anywhere it goes around our page. The links within each hexagon will be: About Us, Devices, Gallery, Help, Comments and Contact Info.
We have a particular picture that we would like to be the wallpaper for our homepage. When we choose which programmer(s) we will work with then more details will be given about the specifics of this site. The iCustom logo should be located in the center of the page based on the design of the wallpaper that we have.

About Us Link:
This link will redirect users to the webpage that will have information about the history of iCustom, who we are and our overall goals. The management of iCustom will prepare this information that is to be uploaded to this page. A tab will be located at the top left corner of every one of our web pages. When the tab is clicked, the hexagonal shaped boxes containing the links will reappear and follow the users mouse movement around the page.

After clicking this link, several options will come up showing the name and models of different vehicles. Go to the Lexus GS 450H and click on that link. It shows a variety of colors list vertically. This particular feature allows for a user to change the color of the vehicle by simply moving their mouse arrow up and down the screen. No clicking is needed. We would like to apply this same feature to our website but to the specific devices we offer. We would list the colors/artwork listed horizontally and list the electronic devices (iPhone 3G, blackberry, etc) vertically. We would like to be able to simply slide our mouse horizontally and be able to see different iCustom design on the device, without clicking a button. This slide ability feature should work horizontally to view different designs as well as vertical to change devices.

What Im looking for is a simple type of social networking site, with a public and private blog feature. Basically what needs to happen is users have a simple profile page similar to that of facebook or myspace with friends messages etc, as well as an area to view “conversations” or blogs made by friends on a private level, as well as a search option to view and make public blogs to discuss topics with all members of the website.

I need this as a script to integrate into a website so the customers may discuss different features of the product, as well as have communications with friends to discuss more private matters of the product.
