I have a script for providing online quotes of which I have had issues with abuse in the past, so I wrote a little include that would:

1) Get the users IP address
2) search the database to see if it exists.
3) if exists it would add 1 to the times ‘access’ field or if the ip was not in the database it would add the new ip.

When the quoter script executes it would then check for the users IP and if the access field is less than 2 it would display the result, if the ip is more than 2 or mo…
