We are looking for ASP security website experts

We require an EXPERIENCED DEVELOPER to create a method that will enable us to do URL rewrites on our website for SEO purposes.

Our website (www.k5.com) currently does not utilize Dynamic Web Page Optimization. I would assume we would use ISAPI_Rewrite version 3.0.

Requirements:
1. Fully commented and indented code.
2. Either uses classic ASP (not ASP.NET) or a server component written in C++ or C#.
4. Must be fully tested and completely bug free.
5. Must provide usage documentation in Word or PDF format.
6. All code copyright is permanently transferred to us.

Also we would like him to know :

1-adapt the rainworx ( www.Rainworx.com )program to our requests;
2-input a search engine to search inside of our website
3-if the Rainworx doesnt supply this option we would ask you to put an option to see from which country we have visitors on our website, what countries did visit us daily/weekly!
4-Also customer must have the possibility to SUBSCRIBE FOR NEWSLETTER
5-For our website we want to use CMS CONTENT MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE
6-We also want to bring our website in MULTI LANGUAGES
7-Change the style of our website.A total new web-face!!!Change the design of our actual website!
8-Develop a CONTACT page to choose the box email -so when a client wants to send an email to send it out from website page.Also it would be required a code to be typed in the security box so we avoid emails-SPAM!
9-Develope site statistics tracking module;when visitors visit the website this module will track their web-browser automatically and the web-server automatically logs,the following information:the date and time,the IP address from which visitor issued the request,the type of browser and operating system they are useing , the URL of any page that referred the vistitor to the page, the URL visitors requested , and whether visitors request was successful.
10-System requirements:Recomended :Mozilla Firefox,Internet Explorer 5 + Browsers that can be used :IE,Opera,Safari,Konqueror on Windows ,Unix,Mac.
