Want Flv Player

I have ff-mpeg installed into my server. Now I want some one who can make any videos converted into flv (I used file upload button to upload videos, I want integration with that) and also flv player to be installed (I have flvplayer.swf file with me, which is working for static files perfectly).

I Need A Flv Player

I need a flv player that works like this one http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=clpbyoPNpaY&feature=channe the flv files are those i downloaded from you tube there no bigger then 2gb each.
i want to be able to fast forward and rewind and expand wide and full screen.
