User can view the message within the inbox without any plug in. I have few more project I wish to do after this depending on the outcome of this project. I need Flex Expert with knowledge of PHP, MYSQL and Linux. Start ASAP.

I need an highly competent Flex developer to get under the hood of an existing dashboard chart we have and to understand the system and help with some minor changes. (See pic 1 for a screenshot)

There is also the need to help in the building of a new XML feed for some additional parts of the data. We have a mock up of this new KPI section but need to feed the actual XML into the Flex to work it for real. (See pic 2 for a screenshot)

Full access will be given on selection.

We need an small application developed in Flash/Flex which will query MySql Database and interact with PHP scripts. If you are expert in Flash/Flex programming, submit your work samples.
