I have software to convert the videos to flash but my client specifically wants to have an image when the video is not playing. My software can’t do this. It just uses the first frame of the video but doesn’t allow you to insert an image of your choice as the the thumbnail.

We had this project worked on by other scriptlance developers but we need to tweak the size of photos so they match the video size (originally same size as pics). Currently the images you see when you rollover the menu items, are not the native dimensions of the image on the web server. They are being enlarged to some height based on the code that I can’t sort out myself.

I am a developer, I need to be able to make changes afterwards in case the sizes change again.

I have an existing flash file that was done by a contractor. The file is not working well in a 1.5MB internet connection. I have a 15MB connection at my office so the flash file plays easily and quickly but when I go to a local Starbucks, the file hangs up and the video freezes.

I need someone who can either preload the file or I need to save it at a different resolution so that it loads quicker. Obviously, I want the highest quality possible, but high quality means nothing if the file does not play. There is video mixed into graphics in this flash file.

I have a flash video that start playing with sound. It has a mute button that allows you to turn the sound off/on. I would like to change it so that the video starts playing without sound. There will be a button on the top left of the video that says “click for sound”. If the button is clicked then the video will restart from the beginning with sound.
